This sidebox allows you to provide online chat support live to your customers! Just log into your admin control panel on your server and wait for a visitor to request a chat. This module also allows you to initiate a chat with visitors and shows you how the visitor got to your site (eg: google search terms) and what page they are on at any given refresh.
