Unfortunately, sometimes people will run into problems with their current hosting provider or website designer. I have had this happen to some of my clients, so I felt I should offer a specific service to others who may experience the same problem. These problems can include anything from paying extremely high prices to host your cart, the server being down constantly or lack of service from a web designer that you depend upon to maintain your site. Whatever the reason, I will be happy to help you!
What you get: Installation and configuration of the latest version of ZenCart (if possible) Backup of all files from the current server, uploading these files to new server (this includes html files outside of your ZenCart store if you have them) Set up of the basic design that you previously had Backup of the sql database that holds your inventory items (if possible) and reinstallation of this database to the new server Set up of shipping fees, payment methods, sales tax zones and other pertinent items to match what your previous site had. Basic instructions on how to maintain your site (if needed) so that YOU are the one in control and do not have to depend upon someone else to maintain your Zen Cart! There may be times when the SQL database is not accessible for some reason. Usually this is not the case, so If it IS available, I will do my best to back it up and put it on the new server. If it is NOT available, it will be your responsibility to enter all products again.
Please note: This price does not include installation of any mods / special programs you may have had installed on your site. This prices is restricted to being hosted on one of my servers. I will not consider moving to a different server other than my own for this item.
